Lest people forget, 1 year ago the stock was at $9.59

Fortunately, the financiers are the Worlds most powerful govt and a major successful global auto conglomerate.

Not yet they aren't. The deal isn't done until it is closed. No matter how "imminent" the deal may seem to be. For the past decade NioCorp has been and continues to be a "free beer (tomorrow)" company.

Mark has yet to close a deal where investors made money.
