What concerns me is the following from the update:
"Genotoxicity

We participated in the Pre-Sub meeting with the FDA to gain a consensus on the Genotoxicity

Chemical Characterization Protocol. We have now completed the first phase of the testing."

I HATE ambiguity...how many phases are there in the Genotoxicity study and how long will it take to complete?!!!

Are we 3 months away or 9, or 15 from completing the Genotoxicity study? Based on the update...shareholders are left guessing and those on the sidelines will wait.

Mark my words, there won't be any surge in share price after this announcement with significant volume. A bump maybe, but nothing long lasting and we will float around the 5 and 6 cent range until positive news about IDE is shared.
