What's sad is that some are going to allow their emotions to still get in the way to see what is happening here with SPZI. Some are still trying to make themselves somehow to be right about what they are trying to negatively create to believe about SPZI. If they were truly and really smart, they would simply do the due diligence (DD) and be fair at heart and they would see the decision that they need to make. And even still, there will be some that simply will not be able to remove their emotions and they are not going to ever see it.
