As per the below quotes from the December update, things are "imminent". It was the company's "intention" for things to happen in January but the "minor delays have been outside of our control". So we are waiting for the other party or parties to finalize things at their end. Communication between all parties would've gone quiet for a few weeks over the Christmas & New Year period. I think we start seeing good things being announced very soon.
