Why does a delay until the end of March not surprise me?

Am I wrong in saying that it was posted on here saying that GRSR had done everything it needs to do to get a BB listing and was now in the hands of the market maker? So are we assuming this delay is the market maker?

I know, I need to have patience. Sorry for the negativity.
