Anytime they do a RS and then immediately increase the share count,you are screwed.Dilution and more dilution,means your investment is dead money.They also say your percentage and investment dollars are the same.Just for that one second the RS is done.Then they increase the share count,equals dilution.Then the share price goes down,equals your screwed.Good luck and good trading.
