Many really not paying attention and overlooking the valuation which you will have to plug in on your own. I get multi pennies and being extremely conservative on just these two commodities.

And.. this does not include any of the other commodities like LNG, Soybean<Beef. Then there's the EB5 project/s, other real estate, metals etc etc.
