So now you speak for my generation, do you also speak for my father's generation. You were not in World War II, where almost every G.I. who went all the way to Germany saw one of those camps firsthand, including my father who actually dealt with the aftermath of that terrible time in history and carried those images with him to his grave.
Then you insult my generation again because everything is just fine now in Vietnam even thou we bombed the shit out of them for ten years. How about the 18-year-old American generation that came home from that war and their lives were never the same again? Maybe you can tell that to my cousin who came back from Vietnam in 1967, and within six weeks drove his brand-new Mustang into a tree because of the shit he saw in Vietnam, and the family is still not allowed to talk about it.
I now represent two more generations, my children and my grandchildren, my children know about their grandfather in Worl War II from his diary, but they never saw the atrocities. They never smelled dead corpses or dead bodies lined up or all of the destruction for the better part of 18 months, and he had to those images for the rest of his life. He could give anyone a look and you knew that it would not be proper to say what you just posted.

My father could tell you about bombs going off and wondering if the next one was your last, even my cousin could have told you about losing friends in Vietnam and not even having a body to send home to their families.
