I think 30% institutional ownership is a good sign. Leadership says the restructuring is expected to be completed by first quarter 2024. They're projecting positive cash flow as a result of the restructuring. With 65% of their labor costs gone, revenues of ~20million, and 6 million market cap, thinking this could be a good penny stock play. Really need someone who's good with fundamentals to comment about this companies numbers. The restructuring was probably a hard thing to do, but probably the right thing. Something other companies refuse to do; instead they run their company into the ground... The recent layoff probably didn't feel good but it was good for the shareholders and it increased their chances of survival... Just my opinion. I have a long position and might buy more if it drops again. Using speculation funds only. Do you own DD.
