Yes on the 424B all shares accounted for = 5.4m. There’s also the 1.139m converted A + the 1.5m incentive plan. That’s 8m.
Also… the GHS contract from 2023 that had 9m but that was before the R/S so it’s likely not 9m. This was to be sold from “time to time” at the discretion of the board. Either way, low float low OS. Way oversold. Should be $5+ sometime this year.
