I saw the official Propy twitter handle "Liked" your response.

Curious about the valuation of Propy, did some searching on it. The Propy coin currently has a market cap of about $50M, and found an analyst named David Hamilton appeared to assess the overall market cap of Propy, the real estate blockchain transaction platform, that launched the coin, at $80M in an article last May.
Since then Natalia Karayaneva the Propy ceo just tweeted recently that this month of January saw a new monthly record in Propy real estate transactions, so MC likely $80M +
Not gigantic and its not 2021 but GVSI will likely hit .05 cents pretty soon at least i'd guess.
