What's there to clarify? If there's a forecast of expected accomplishments "next quarter" in a 4th quarter 2023 update, the "next quarter" is 1st quarter 2024.

That said, we now know that nothing MK forecast in his 3rd quarter 2023 update that he expected to accomplish towards IDE submission in the next quarter (4th quarter) was accomplished. Instead he remains hopelessly distracted by hopeless IsoPet. It's very clear from the 3rd and 4th quarter 2023 updates, that IDE submission remains MK's lowest priority. For whatever reason, he appears incapable of focusing and delivering what FDA has suggested going back three years ago now.

Moreover, he wasted 5 years before even entering pre-submission discussions with FDA in the Fall of 2021, after lying about submitting the IDE application by Sept. 21, 2021. We are witnessing the gross incompetence of a confirmed serial liar at work. It is what it is.

imo, MK has accepted he'll never get the payout he could have, had he gotten Radiogel to market before the original patents expired. Hence why it's not a priority for him now, why he never conveys any sense of urgency, takes years to respond to FDA comments, and remains delusionally distracted with hopeless IsoPet.
