Taking a page from your books.
Go back and read some of my previous posts where I have compared the C/D at the pre14A and the definitive 14A and you will be able to see where it has been drawn down and shares created thereby most likely resulting in dilution. Because .. remember ... GGI can at any one time only hold 4.99% of the O/S shares.
