That increase in shares are for the future RS.They want this thing on the big boards,so a RS is required to get there.Probably in the 500 to 1000/1 range,will get the job done.Just speculation,but only makes sense.Hard to get a sub-penny stock to the big boards,without a RS.Good luck and good trading.
