not to get off topic,but the 5th is National Fart Day.no,really,look it up,take a friend on an elevator.
let's hope that's not reason he circled it on his daily planner,but then again old guys do get kinda flatulent and when you can let loose with impunity it must be twice as nice.
but then maybe Monday will seal a deal here with the maybe,possibly,but not for sure,and non binding LOI.
that would be nice and good for a decent flip!
one thing is for sure though,there will be no mistaking which it is.
you can tell by the smell.
