Look at the 8k the presentation under guidance (PG 36). They litterally guided for 2.40-2.50%, it came straight from them. They said the reason for the drop was added liquidity with regulation compliance. I just don't get the appeal, but good luck with it. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
