Blackrock has filed a 13G/A with SEC disclosing ownership of 8.1% of MARA (17,192,377 shares). Previouly they owned 8,620,526 shares.

Hmmm.... Is this a takover or is Blackrock, in their capacity as a competitor via their ETF, going to use their 8.1% as beachhead from which to drive down prices via a predatory shorting attack?
