The current market cap (MC) for TONR is roughly $8 million or so. To keep this in perspective, one of the potential merger entities is expected to generate revenues of $120 millions. Compare $8 million vs $120 million (before using any X factor on revenues), let this sink in. And this is just one merger situation, there could be more than one.

The current pps is extremely low.
