In the lawsuit it shows where Fred Schiemann created 3 iterations of Wellness Builders (Nevada) and in doing so embezzled 135,000,000 shares of Wellness Builders valued at $4.2 million that was designated for the benefit of Viratech (VIRA) to Interactive Health Network, (IGRW). This was approximately $4.2 Million dollars and the epicenter seed money to promote Discovery Minerals.(DSCR).



Since Fred Schiemann was also the CFO of FITX, The CEO of IGRW and CEO if VIRA, I am reaching out to the board for additional intelligence.
