Keyword being “subsequent”
which means after it was determined the test had no validity they monkeyed with the data to make it look something was happening but it wasn’t. If anything it was heat that was imparted to the flow and that’s why they brought up joule heating years ago….They took their data to UCSB professor who discovered that the flow was heating up thus reducing viscosity. Nothing to do with magically aligning clusters…so in essence Aot is a giant oil toaster.
