Ya there is zero doubt that they are going back and forth in negotations...the 912 sealed document by Folsom is the tell..This smells more like a double deal....with it taking this long.....Those past damages have to be accounted for....This is one heck of a negotation....can you imagine finally getting them to the table...umm..lets see...the 912...you sorta made 10B over the last 10 years...and a ya the ddr5 and HBM patents..we know you did over a10 billion in sales in the last year...oh ya that 314..that was also part of the equation and that kinda worth a lot too....

I reference the win over samsung in April 2023 as a good measuring stick...NLST basicly is awarded 250M for 1 year..the sales have increased 3-4 fold already...we are talking 750M to 1B for Samsung alone...Micron is close to that number as its back to April of 2021...so conservatively we are looking at 1- 1.5 B berfore the April 2024 trial.. The best part is DDR5 and HBM...performance is more important then cost..Samsung and Micron can pass the extra 2-4% on to the consumer...to pay nlst

I suspect Jason and chuck want 100M-150M a year from MU and 200M -250M from SS...with some damages and probably 40M shares of stock between the two...so when nlst goes to 25-30 these guys still pretty much save a ton of money..Just a guess... based on ...the Rambus exibit at the pre hearing....Its such a win win win for everyone....

or they both could buy 10% each of NLST for 1-2 billion bucks? lol
