Someone traded 325 shares to put down PPS@0.0005. That should be illegal. No sensible investor would trade $0.16, literally 16 cents, of any stocks. I may be wrong but it is just too hard for me to believe it was not an attempt of manipulation. I think there should be rules banning people from trading less that $1.
