Peter tried to pump it, but it didn't work well
Then someone pointed out the big problem with HPNN and being insolvent and likely to face bankruptcy. He had nothing to say after that.

@HPNN can't even get its transfer agent verified, so it is likely Peter is dumping as fast as he can to help pay bills due. He refuses to pay massive court judgments liens and tax liens, and delinquent loans. Peter says HPNN is flat broke.
