JTEC really never got off the ground. That poor kid at JTEC got hustled he was sincere but was fed a bunch of bull. As for SBQ yes that is a back end deal so CEO Josh and RSO Eric could skim off 30% out of the gate. Then the CEO encumbered $MSTO with his outrageous compensation package and finally if that was not enough he then re-worked the preferred PPS in favor to the tune of $1 which would wipe out the shareholder opportunity to recover any assets.
