Yes, Prophet Bubba...I read the word "could", and like I said there is no mention of any verdict on the case if it actually happens or is settled ooc. This why as an investor the total sum of all human emotion is accurately read by chart signals to help make low risk trades. And there are specific signals to help specific types of traders, thus even acknowledging that they exist helps us define better how the signals that we use for our type of trading on a specific stock should be implemented with very low risk. So if there is (complaint=an emotion) going on ( which always is going to happen) about other specific types of traders, the answer is to simply tweak the mgmt of the signals, just be at peace with their existence and successfully reduce your risk at the same time.
