Edit :No, it will be filed by 02/15 @ the latest. That will wrap up Yuengling's involvement which has 0 Revs. Added will be the material event of the merger. The reachout Financials will be a separate 8k. Which per the CEO stated yesterday is 12 million in revenues which both entities have different fiscal years. The 8k for Reachout will only show the fiscal 2022. It is confusing to some. Nor the 10k and Reachout 8k will show the 10-12 million yet.
