Maybe I am going out on a limb here. But maybe the guy never was CEO and director? It wouldn't be the first time misinformation was placed on the internet. And the company in question is not Marketing Worldwide Corp. anyway.

Finally, the linked article refers to is new world gold. Wouldn't that be a more appropriate forum for this?
