I want to believe, but I can't.

Look at all the pumping they did for IMTL back in Oct / Nov. There was big stock movement (selling), and the share price did nothing at all. There hasn't been a peep from them since. It seems that James is doing the same thing with UBQU, pumping out an unprecedented number of tweets, with no true details. Again, why would he do this if he was leaving? Why not complete the acquisition, and then break the news? Its not a matter of keeping shareholders informed, as he didn't (and still hasn't) do so when CannaZall became a joint venture versus a subsidiary.

Moving away from CannaZall makes no sense at all. The product line has been expanded, the products have great reviews, and this is the only revenue producing entity under the UBQU umbrella.

What can UBQU provide Innovative Outcomes that they don't already have? UBQU has nothing (BCM is non-existent).
