I don't see a Form 10 filed and approved by the SEC - just a pump from Sharp about his intentions but no action.

Sharp also had problems last time he tried to file GVSI's Form 10 and had to withdraw it and Sharp has done nothing concerning the problematic preferred share designation. He just is trying to refile the same form with the same problems as before.
