Not trying to be difficult, but are you reading anything that I write or the links that I post?

See below, in the same link at the very top DOE is requiring construction starts at a minimum if Delfin or anyone else has not met the export deadline on 6/1/2024, which is also listed at the very bottom in the chart if you just scroll down.

They were supposed to be exporting already, but the DOE is saying if you want an extension then you need to start construction at a minimum.

All the info you need is in this link to make my point. It’s clear as day.

If they start construction before the export deadline of 6/1/2024 then all should be good.

They are trying to get their 7-year permit extended like they did with FERC, but it’s two different processes.
