FKA BioAmber is devoid of all assets tangible and intangible, employees, BOD, business operations, website, phone number, physical address, no registered agent, hasn’t filed any filings in years heck even the corporate charter was voided.

Ignoring all of that plus the fact that all of its former creditors are impaired to the tune of $100 mil which is still attached to BioAmber as bad debt.
Please explain how you think you’re getting paid for those worthless FKA BioAmber shares when you don’t even have a registered agent.
