Too many words, accusations, innuendos and non-sequiturs all say to me that you have no clue what is going on in the real world with FnF. Just like the rest of us here. I will base my opinion on the words of the people who carried out the dastardly deeds and their published documents.

My Theory is simple. Treasury used the amended Charter act to purchase 250 billion in MBS from China and Russia and maybe others. Then covered up this crime by forcing the SPSPA and used illegal TARP funds for the commitment. Terms were set so that the Conservatorship would last so long the crimes would be memory-holed. Why else would the government accountants refer to the SPS as Tarp? Why else would Treasury Secretary Timmy go to Congress and extend TARP for 1 year and say oh we only spent 293 Billion of the 700 billion but let us have an extra 250 billion just in case. Its all good because 550 billion is still less than 700 billion. You know We are Treasury and we protect taxpayer. Sarcasm. That there is the secret account plan. Backed up by 11,000 secret documents.
