Data Source was scam, pump & dump company. Ultimately, issue was the data source, not the shell…

Hence, DE would have prevented takeover & outcome from shareholder vote, it would have been void or not permitted IF shell wasn’t salvageable.

If data source was legit it would be skyrocketing in new ticker BUT it did 1:100 RS and down 100s of percentages - worst investment to those who moved investment from $CLHI to that ticker.
