Any one with any intelligence would know that Walter Wee is a really nice guy and isn't likely to throw dirt at someone he may or may not do business with in the future, so a 6 rating by Walter would be more like a 2 or 3 rating by someone who would give a more 'unbiased' assessment of the situation. All it really says is that he hasn't totally given up on KBLB yet.
