Amigo, I appreciate the insight and supporting information. I just want to comment something obvious...just because it is up-listed, it doesn't mean it will be successful. I was once invested in a penny stock that was uplisted and then it went south... ultimately the company crapped the bed and i lost money on it.

I am sure you and many others a fully aware that this can happen. I just don't understand why so many people use that to pump interest in a stock.
