“. Upon review of the July 2014 test results and preliminary report by Dr. Tao, QS Energy and TransCanada mutually agreed that this initial test was flawed due to, among other factors, the short term nature of the test, the inability to isolate certain independent pipeline operating factors such as fluctuations in upstream pump station pressures, and limitations of the AOT device to produce a sufficient electric field to optimize viscosity reduction. “

In other words it didn’t work and every test after that had similar results. The term “flawed” is not used lightly. Yet in the same breath they claim significant reductions in viscosity of 8% to 23%. Then they claimed with a simple power supply upgrade everything would be inline with their initial magical expectations but Tcpl apparently didn’t buy that theory. Nor did KM, and everyone else that followed. Thst was 10 years ago!!!! I wonder what excuse they will use if they ever get another shot. I am especially fond of Tao’s assessment of other engineers reviews as “ they didn’t understand what they were seeing” that one was classic!!
