ACTUAL filings are under the disclosure tab, Im sure you know that.
Updating the Transfer Agent is the responsibility of the company, not OTC(or every float would be what it actually is, or AS,OS,US,RS)
Since $ILST is a Delaware company, it costs money to see the SOS filings, where Im sure that AS raise is documented.
If that 6B AS is on the Q4/10K, thats what it is... bc, well, you cant refute paperwork/filings with actual signatures.
