Seems like it. The MJ bubble popped a while ago and their business model has never worked, it's been anemic at best. The run in 2020/2021 was all across the OTC, it had nothing to do with this business. Sucks because my average is so low that any momentum would get me green. But at this point, the company showed us nothing in the pipeline. Now we wait another 3 months for another vague otc filing.

This will be my tax write off ticker for this year.
