I don't think he is running this as a scam either.

What I do think, and I agree with you, is that he is quite incompetent. But I think even more than that is he thinks to big of himself (I mean, chairman of a one man company? LOL) and his ability to comprehend certain matters.

From the moment he started this "business" up till now, it's clear that this stock is a classic playbook of "I have no idea what I am doing."

But so many here do not want to believe this.

The argument that he is waiting for a name change and everything will work out after that is ludicrous. In what world does someone who is building a business wait 2.5 years for a name change and not do anything? What a red flag.

The problem with OTC stocks and message boards I find is that everything that is or can be oversimplified (i.e putting out a PR, putting out a "blog post") is a classic sign of "fooling the people."

This guy putting out a blog post on his website is another classic example of "fooling the people." This is exactly how red flags begin when a "biotech" starts letting their "investors" know how great things will be because "x" is happening so us ("y") will be right there to lead the way.

It's so classic that it's literally written in a textbook.

He, in my eyes, is really starting off bad once again with these worthless blog posts. It's all smoke and mirrors. Not a good sign so far.

I hardly doubt Michael will be able to actually achieve building and running a cannabis biotech as it's a lot harder than writing a blog post or PR. I mean, after all, he still hasn't updated his website.

This is the same person who not long ago ran a "U-Pick Hemp" thing. A biotech is a serious, serious business.

And just for the record, his blog post about opening up research to businesses that the government talks about is exactly what I told him to do when I wrote my business plan for him here. There was a reason why I said that way before the documents he talks about did. Hint, hint.
