Sure off topic but purely patent infringement case.

Biolase is using laser technology that runs afoul of a current Sonendo LASER patent. Sonendo doesn't even use laser because they are convinced there Pipstik product is BETTER than any laser application and Gentle Wave is even better again! Still they find themselves embroiled in this time consuming dispute just to protect there patent. Time is money, Bjarne must* prioritize.

So you can understand now I hope why Bjarne needs to distance himself from Sonendo patent infringement with Biolase. He's watching but his priority is building Sonendo Gentle Wave revenue, not getting caught up in some hazey patent office tussle. He's building Sonendo revenue. Far more immediately important and that's his top priority. 👍👊
