Stating that Innovative Outcomes is the future for UBQU, sure makes it sound like CannaZall is out. A simple tweet could clear that up just like he stated with the revs all going to UBQU.

We've spent multiple years and dollars building CannaZall up, but have never seen an uptick in the SP.
Now James tells us great things are coming ( again), but this time he's bailing out.

How does IO.inc benefit from coming under UBQUs umbrella? UBQU has nothing other than CannaZall. Whens the last time we have seen anything about BCM or revenues it has generated.

The debt is going to balloon witb this acquisition (if it happens).
