That’s what the huge gamble is here. Some think Offor isn’t involved anymore and others like myself think he is. Some here have bet heavily against Erhe thinking bankruptcy and an SEC revocation would happen and others like myself have bet that it won’t happen. Some think that Erhe blk 4 eez holdings are useless and some like myself think they are still in play. Some here think we have a signed deal with Total that can clearly be seen on the 400 pages of legal documents from the 3 year court battle brought against Erhe by Kosmos energy that Erhe finally won last year and others here think that’s total bull shit. Some think that judges in those court battles that issued gag orders surrounding information aka Total energy’s redacted signed deal in those legal documents are still pertinent and in effect and others scoff at that documented information in those files . So I made my bet for eventual success and others have bet for eventual failure. How will this gamble play out? I like my chances. Let it play out!
