MOZ/MGDPF (OTC): Calibre Mining Corp. ("Calibre Mining") acquired all of the issued and outstanding Marathon Shares pursuant to a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement"). Holders of Marathon Shares will receive 0.6164 of a common share of Calibre Mining (each whole common share of Calibre Mining, for each Marathon Share held.
