I'm "sure" the OTC WIZ is working very hard on this issue. errrr, yup, for us bag, I mean, sharehodlers!

Okay, fine. But what if the issue that was the reason for the Form 10 that was filed in 2021, and caused it to be withdrawn (the "missing designation of a class of pref shares"), hasn't been fixed/corrected? Might that issue still be a problem?
