Yes, I read that. That sucked. They reopen in the morning. There's money to incentivize health care professionals to work for/provide services to rural CAHs in the appropriations process, if congress would just do its job. Running a rural hospital is a damned tough job. RNVAs CAH certification was the game changer for sure. CAH reimbursements are for amounts above the fixed cost. That's really all an investor needs to know to have confidence in the forward earnings (profit). I can't think of a company in any industry with that much certainty.
