Such a silly notion you have. Just because there is more going on in the company than is publicly known, certain events may not have happened yet. That does not mean that they won't happen, just not yet. That does not mean the company is lying, just realigning their priorities. If it means setting aside a spinoff event in order to pay off additional debt, then I'm good with that.
