Based on the time line it appears that at the RE+ convention SNPW got together with its partners and schedule businesses meetings with Autowell, SC Solar, Solar Group, FoxEss and Tsingshan for the end of November 2023 though the first week of December 2023.

The result of those meeting resulted in scheduling site visit January 12 to January 14 2024 with SNPW, SC Solar and Solar Group.

The site visit took place as scheduled, with representatives from SNPW, SC Solar and Solar Group in attendants.

NOTE;It is important to point out that Solar Group was able to get a solar panel manufacturing facility up and running from scratch in two months, November 2022 to January 2023 per the GEO New Energy Vietnam website
