@HPNN is basically a walking bankruptcy. The company is flat broke and has no way to pay its bills. Peter Michaels has been stealing from HPNN and its customers, per the courts, to spend on his own things like bills and his lavish lifestyle.

Well, @HPNN has been scamming for years, per the courts. Ask the multiple-felon CEO Peter Daniel Michaels why he is required to attend court-ordered debtor exams to explain any and all assets he and HPNN have. Liens also attach any digitalage future assets.

@hpnn did not invent that tech. And design patents were not enforceable, plus no utility patents. He even was caught trying to pass-off a cosmetically-modified Nokia phone as something he invented. He mostly just was selling Chinese knock-offs, then pocketed the cash.
