Have you ever seen a logging operation? They cut new roads through the mountains that they run loaded semis on all the time. Its not a major undertaking. They run their lumber 100s of miles from the cut site to the mill for processing and its all part of a standard operation.
As for the pond and water, how do you know what they need for this type of equipment and operation? This isnt mining like the show Gold Rush.
My point is the challenges you present are not actual challenges when you work in an industry like mining or logging or commercial construction. Its clear you likely grew up in a metro area and remain there so you don't understand this environment.
What matters is the overall cost to produce and the reality is none of us have enough information to crunch those numbers. The fact they have equipment arriving and a processing site going up tells me they ran the numbers and everything checked out.
