Hate to say this for some will say its an excuse but an 8K is due four days after legal approves it. Legal should know its time sensitive. IMO

MONI Tweet: The newest officer and director has been submitted to OTC Markets. The merger is 100% signed and COMPLETED, and an 8-K will be published upon approval from legal. Thanks to all for your continued patience and support.
